The southwest monsoon or Habagat will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains over Central, Southern Luzon and the VIsayas on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.The weather bureau is monitoring the Low Pressure Area estimated at 575 kilometers northeast of Itbayat, Batanes but will have no significant effect.

Metro Manila, Visayas, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, and the rest of MIMAROPA will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur during severe thunderstorms.
