‘Habagat’, LPA to bring scattered rain showers across parts of PH READ:
Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms may prevail over some parts of the country in the next 24 hours due to a low pressure area and the southwest monsoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in its public weather forecast on Sunday, July 10.
However, he said that PAGASA will continue to monitor the LPA for possible intensification while still over the sea. It has a high chance of becoming a tropical depression but has no direct effect on any part of the country, he added.
