GWM Philippines introduces its upcoming models, including the Haval M6 crossover and the Haval Menglong Hi4 PHEV SUV. The Haval M6 is positioned as the brand's entry-level offering in the crossover segment, featuring a 1.5-liter turbo engine and a sub-PHP 1 million price tag.
. But wait, the brand is also giving us a first look at the models that will soon join its lineup in the country.
Powered by a 1.5-liter, four-cylinder turbo, the Haval M6’s front-wheel-drive powertrain puts out 150 PS and 210 Nm of torque. It’s paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Furthermore, the Haval M6 also has an edge in terms of riding comfort and stopping power. The Haval M6 features a multi-link, double wishbone rear suspension, and disc brakes on all four wheels instead of its competitors which have a torsion beam setup with drum brakes at the rear.
Putting out 373 PS and 750 Nm of torque, the Hi4 system on the Menglong does dynamic switching and intelligent energy management system of 3 engines and 9 modes to achieve optimal efficiency in all operating conditions and worry-free driving in all scenarios.
