DAGUPAN CITY — Pangasinan Gov. Ramon Guico III formally filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) at the Commission on Elections provincial office here on Wednesday for his reelection bid as governor in the 2025 midterm elections.

Ramon Guico III formally filed his certificate of candidacy at the Commission on Elections provincial office here on Wednesday for his reelection bid as governor in the 2025 midterm elections.He will be running under the Nacionalista Party.'The entire Team Aguila will win this election because we have concrete programs,' uttered Guico shortly after submitting his CoC.'Trust us, we will accomplish what we have started,' added the incumbent governor.
As we model that value of excellence as leaders, we hope that we cascade that value, that principle down to the grassroots, to barangay level, down to the level of the family,' said Guico.'That, we think, is the key for us to rise from poverty,' added Guico.As of 12 p.m. on Wednesday, board members Haidee Pacheco, Jerry Agerico Rosario, Marinor de Guzman, Shiela Marie Baniqued, Vici Ventanilla, Napoleon Fontelera Jr. and Apolonia Bacay filed their CoCs for their reelection bids.
