In separate statements, Kalikasan People’s Network for the Environment and Pambansang Lakas ng Kilusang Mamamalakaya ng Pilipinas backed the resolution, with representatives from the group physically joining the Resolution filing.
Pamalakaya, who earlier rang the alarm on the possibly disastrous effects of the oil spill on the fishing sector, also backed the resolution.
