The Albanese Government agreed with the Greens to create a 'significant package' for the electrification of households and businesses but leader Adam Bandt has revealed he wants the cost of transition to be fully subsidised by the Commonwealth.

Mr Bandt said that cost was associated with"full electrification including switching over your car" adding the cost of electric vehicles also needed to be addressed.
