As Typhoon Marce approaches, President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. instructed all government agencies to implement comprehensive disaster-response protocols in preparation for the storm’s possible impact.
“Set up a reliable communication system to quickly deliver advisories to the public. Early warnings are crucial—knowledge saves lives,” the Commander-in-Chief added. Mr. Marcos also emphasized that rescue equipment and vehicles from both public and private sectors should be fully operational and ready for deployment.
