President Marcos wants military to catch up, be back on track in 2 yrs amid security threats
“Hopefully, we will catch up and, in a year, maybe two, we will already be back to where we were supposed to be at that time before the pandemic,” he said. On Thursday, no less than US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin III reiterated its support for the Philippines under the Mutual Defense Treaty.
