The government had P65.6 billion in standby funds that could support relief efforts following the onslaught of Severe Tropical Storm Enteng, said President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Tuesday.The Chief Executive added that the government had prepared P2.6 billion in food and non-food items and P480.61 million in health logistics for medical services.Marcos said that 63,000 individuals found shelter in 452 evacuation centers.
