The Department of Agriculture reported that some 123,274 farmers and fishers in the Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Western Visayas, Soccsksargen and Caraga were affected by bad weather.
