Torida and Ponsoy bring the morning news on weekdays at 8:00 a.m. live from the state-of-the-art studios in GMA Dagupan Station, GMA Ilocos Sur Station, and GMA Ilocos Norte Station.

Joining Torida, Ponsoy, and Zuñiga in providing news updates in the region are seasoned regional correspondents Jasmin Gabriel-Galban, Russel Simorio, Claire Lacanilao, Ivy Hernando, Breves Bulsao, and Gab de Luna.
