Another village imposed access cost at P5,000 per day, regardless of activity type, while other subdivisions do not allow the extension of fiber facilities altogether, effectively preventing residents from accessing upgraded services, the firm said.Globe said it secured a Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development order to reinforce the legitimacy of its restoration efforts.
