Gasoline prices dropped 0.7 cents per litre , while diesel prices jumped by 2.4 cpl on the island and 4.7 cpl in Western Labrador and Churchill Falls. That sets the maximum price for a litre of regular unleaded self-serve gasoline at 1.934 on the Avalon Peninsula. Home heating fuel costs are up across the board, customers using furnace oil can expect to see an increase of 2.07 cpl.
Stove oil is up 2.07 cpl on the island and increased by 4.71 in Western Labrador and Churchill Falls.The next scheduled price change in the province is Thursday, Sept. 28.
