Senators sign goalie
The Senators went into free agency Saturday with a priority of shoring up their goaltending for next season and they achieved their goal by signing veteran goalie Joonas Korpisalo to a five-year, $20 million deal.
Korpisalo had a 7-3-1 record with the Kings after arriving in Los Angeles last spring and started all six games in the playoffs. He has a 94-81-5 lifetime record in the NHL with a 3.01 goals-against average.
