Burden, who earlier announced that she will be running for Cebu governor in 2025, was indicted for three counts of cyberlibel following her alleged “malicious” tirades against Governor Gwendolyn Garcia.The Cebu Provincial Prosecutor’s Office released an 18-page resolution on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, recommending a P48,000 bail for each count of cyberlibel charges against Burden.
