Astara-led GAC Motor Philippines has reported an impressive 79% increase in sales year-to-date for 2024, achieving a total of 3,060 units sold from
January to November. This marks a significant rise from 1,714 units during the same period last year, solidifying GAC’s position as one of the top Chinese automotive brands in the local market.
Key models driving this success include the GS3 Emzoom, M6 Pro, and M8 MPVs. The GS3 Emzoom alone has sold an impressive 1,987 units since its launch in June 2023, while the M6 Pro and M8 have recorded sales of 283 and 215 units, respectively, since their introduction in early 2024. The recent launch of the Emkoo Hybrid further emphasizes GAC Motor’s commitment to sustainable mobility, offering high-performance vehicles equipped with advanced technologies that appeal to a diverse customer base.
GAC Motor’s lineup includes the dynamic Empow sedan, spacious M8 luxury MPV, versatile Emzoom crossover, robust GS8 SUV, and the eco-friendly Emkoo. Each model features cutting-edge safety and technology, making them popular choices among consumers seeking reliability and innovation. With 32 dealerships nationwide and plans for further expansion, GAC Motor aims to enhance customer service and introduce new models in 2025. All GAC vehicles come with a comprehensive 5-year or 150,000-kilometer warranty, along with free 24/7 emergency roadside assistance for the first year.
