The results are in. According to the New Car Assessment Program for Southeast Asian Countries , the GAC GS3 Emzoom is a pretty safe car.
During the latest round of ASEAN NCAP crash tests, the GS3 Emzoom managed to drive off with an impressive five-star safety rating. It scored 36.60 points for adult occupant protection , 16.43 points for child occupant protection , 17.86 points for safety assist, and 17.50 points for motorcyclist safety for a total of 88.39 points.
“The technologies will indeed assist drivers in avoiding collisions with motorcycles either on the side or frontal part of the vehicle.”These numbers continue the string of Chinese-made vehicles that have performed well safety-wise under the watchful eye of ASEAN NCAP.
