THE Department of Budget and Management has released the P3 million funds for the implementation of the Fuel Subsidy Program amid the continuous increase of oil prices.
“Transportation is the lifeblood of our economy. Bilin po sa amin ni President Bongbong Marcos na tulungan at huwag pabayaan ang ating mga manggagawa sa transport sector. Kaya naman po sisiguruhin namin na mabibigyan sila ng nararapat na tulong mula sa gobyerno,” DBM Secretary Amenah Pangandaman said.
The funds will be transferred to the Department of Transportation, which will forward it to the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board , the lead implementing agency of the program.
