Cancer is one of the world’s leading causes of death. It is the third leading cause of death in the Philippines in 2023, based on a report released by the

Philippine News Agency.

There is no single cure for cancer yet; but extensive efforts of cancer research are being undertaken in various parts of the globe. Leading the pack is the FUDA CANCER HOSPITAL , located in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, China. The hospital has been designated by the Chinese government as one of the country’s National Key Clinical Cancer Specialty Centers since 2010.

FUDA Cancer Hospital combines traditional and modern techniques in cancer treatment. Its signature procedures include Cryosurgery, Local Chemotherapy, and NanoKnife surgery.FCH boasts its ablation technique called Cryosurgery, which destroys tumors by cycles of freezing and thawing the cells using an argon-helium system. This freezing process allows the temperature to fall below -40C forming “ice crystals” within the cells.
