Those at the top of the ‘level’ are the highest earners – those at the bottom earn the least. Salespeople are not employees, are not paid for their time and do not receive a salary. Importantly, MLMs are not pyramid schemes, which are illegal in Australia.Direct selling or direct network marketing involves a person purchasing items and selling them directly to clients, often without the need for a physical store.
