Former Summerside city councillor Tyler DesRoches is seeking Progressive Conservative nomination in Summerside-Wilmot. ContributedSUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Former Summerside city councillor Tyler DesRoches is seeking the Progressive Conservative nomination in Summerside-Wilmot for the upcoming provincial election.
DesRoches is a graduate of Three Oaks High School, UPEI and the P.E.I. fire school. He represented Wilmot, Ward 8, on Summerside city council from 2014 to 2018, serving as the municipal liaison to the P.E.I. Sports Hall of Fame and the Prince County Horsemen’s Club. Desroches is also a lieutenant with the Summerside Fire Department and served as a member for 20 years.
