This was disclosed by Senate Blue Ribbon Committee Chairman Francis Tolentino at the Kapihan sa Manila Bay forum Wednesday. "Humingi siya ng clearance. Napagkasunduan ng majority... ng new blue ribbon committee members na hindi siya bigyan ng clearance, but I was informed that there was an attempt last month to Singapore naharang lang ng Immigration," Tolentino said during the Kapihan sa Manila Bay forum.
