Ang biktima giila nga si Eduardo Orias Sagarino, 60-anyos, minyo, forester sa Department of Environment and Natural Resources , ug molupyo sa Alvana Subdivision, Barangay Poblacion, Nabunturan.

Matud pa nga sa pag-abot sa dapit, maoy nakita sa mga pulis ang patay’ng lawas sa lalaki nga nagbuy-od sa kanal mismo ug ang gituohang motorsiklo nga iyang gimaneho kilid sa kanal.Mga molupyo sa duol nagsulti nga nakadungog sila’g sunod-sunod nga buto sa pusil ug dayong gisundan og kusog nga harurot sa motorsiklo palayo. Sa dihang ilang gisusi ang lugar maoy nakit-an ang biktima nga nagbuy-od na sa kanal ug naglunang sa kaugalingong dugo.
