A foreman was arrested for allegedly killing a construction worker with a backhoe in Tanay, Rizal.
According to a 24 Oras Weekend report by Nico Waje on Sunday, victim Melvin Tica told his daughter that he had an argument with foreman and suspect Domy Floren over work on Friday morning .“Sabi ko, ‘tay, bakit di kayo pumasok?’ ‘E yung foreman ko sobra na’, kaya po daw di siya umano ng pagpasok,” said the victim’s daughter Mary Grace Tica.
