Get ready to rally
Ford CEO Jim Farley continues to deliver on his promise of ‘no boring cars’ with the subtle introduction of the Ford Explorer Tremor. Farley posted a photo of a muddy Tremor badge with the ‘Explorer’ emblem blurred in the background. The caption wrote, “Coming soon. A new addition to the Tremor Family.”
For the uninitiated, Tremor-trimmed Ford vehicles often come with rugged accessories, chunkier tires, and more than a few tweaks to the powertrain to make the car a more capable off-roader. Sadly, Ford Philippines has yet to bring over any Tremor variants. While in Ford’s home market, Americans have seen the Ford F-150, Ranger, Everest, and Expedition get the Tremor treatment.Locally, the Ford Explorer is available only in a 2.3-liter Ecoboost 4x4 setup.
Hopefully, the Philippine market can finally see the Tremor lineup with the upcoming debut of this Ford Explorer. This could give drivers a middle-ground option between Ford Everest Titanium 4x4 and the Bronco, in both performance and price.See Also Read Next What do you think of Lando Norris’ 2025 Australian GP victory?
