PHILIPPINE Navy personnel have rescued a fisherman drifting at sea for two days off Tawi-Tawi, the Naval Forces Western Mindanao said Thursday, December 5, 2024.Rear Admiral Francisco Tagamolila Jr., NFWM commander, identified the rescued fisherman as Roco Sambas, 40, a resident of Tandu Banak village, Sibutu, Tawi-Tawi.Tagamolila said Sambas was rescued on Wednesday, December 4, in the vicinity 6.4 nautical miles north of Andulingan Island, Sitangkai, Tawi-Tawi.
