Metroside offers townhomes and apartment\u002Dstyle condos.

It’s the location that really differentiates Metroside, says Kaleigh Kelly, director of sales for Graywood Developments.Sign up to receive daily headline news from the Calgary Herald, a division of Postmedia Network Inc.By clicking on the sign up button you consent to receive the above newsletter from Postmedia Network Inc. Metroside’s condo collection will be spread over three boutique-style, four-storey buildings with architectural details that lean towards West Coast contemporary design — plenty of stone, brick and wood detailing. Buyers can choose from one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, with sizes ranging from 527 to 948 square feet.

Buyers can choose from four colour palettes and customization is available. All buyers have access to an interactive online decor platform. The collection of 56, three-storey townhomes will be nestled into greenspace with a courtyard in the middle. Homes are front-drive garage style with a driveway and feature two- and three-bedroom layouts. “They are designed to be an entertainer’s space with beautiful kitchens, open-concepts and lots of living space,” says Kelly.
