John Frederick Peach, 40, is charged with two counts of theft, and single counts of robbery, wearing a mask in committing an offence, possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace and uttering a threat. Among the conditions of his release, Peach is to live in Glace Bay, report to police once a week by phone, refrain from alcohol and drugs not prescribed to him, he is not to possess any weapons and is to stay away from the Circle K and Nova Scotia Liquor Commission.Peach is now scheduled to enter pleas to the charges May 23.
