No injuries were reported and all occupants are safe
Greater Sudbury Fire Services responded to an early morning house fire on Copper Street this morning, Deputy Fire Chief Jesse Oshelle tweeted earlier today.
Describing the fire as “significant,” Oshell tweeted an image showing some of the scale of the damage. Fortunately, no injuries were reported and all occupants of the home are safe. The fire closed Copper Street while firefighters brought the blaze under control. The roadway is now open. This morning @CGSFireServices extinguished a significant house fire on Copper Street. No injuries and all occupants are safe. Copper is now open to traffic and fire crews are completing their duties on scene.
