Island Pacific Supermarket, a Filipino-owned supermarket chain, is providing aid to Filipino Americans affected by the devastating wildfires in Southern California.

A Filipino-run supermarket, Island Pacific Supermarket , which operates across 20 locations in California and Las Vegas, Nevada, is launching relief efforts for Filipino Americans affected by the wildfires in Southern California. The supermarket announced on Friday (Saturday in Manila) that it will be donating thousands of food items, water, and other essential supplies. Their relief efforts begin on Saturday (California time) with a contribution to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.

The next day, they will donate to four evacuation sites: the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, El Camino Real Charter High School in Woodland Hills, Ritchie Valens Recreation Center in Pacoima, and Sepulveda Recreation Center in Panorama. Island Pacific is also requesting volunteers to pack and distribute materials to the evacuation sites
