FILIPINO Deaf students were immersed in various artmaking techniques to strengthen their imaginative skills and foster artistic empowerment. The event was offered to senior high school students to pursue their passion for creativity through interactive projects.

FILIPINO Deaf students were immersed in various artmaking techniques to strengthen their imaginative skills and foster artistic empowerment. The event was offered to senior high school students to pursue their passion for creativity through interactive projects. It provided them the opportunity to first-hand experience college classes at the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde ., the initiative was a series of talks and workshops conducted by Benilde’s School of Arts, Culture and Performance. During the sessions, the Grade 9 learners from the Benilde Deaf School explored the basics of monotype printmaking.
The crowd produced a wide range of textures and effects in the final prints. This gave them a sense of experimentation and freedom to explore different inventive possibilities. Several volunteers from the program and Senior High School Arts and Design Track provided assistance., likewise, held digital portfolio and sculpture seminars with Benilde Senior High School and De La Salle University Integrated School Arts and Design talents.
