PWS has the technology for the shredding of solid waste materials for other uses, while a technology for a waste-to-energy facility is also expected to be introduced soon.
Cebu City is now 98% ready to host the Palarong Pambansa, said acting Cebu City Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia after being satisfied with billeting quarters preparations.
