It is an 8-percent decrease compared to the P1.148-billion allocation in the 2024 General Appropriations Act, Pangandaman added.The President has travelled to eight countries this year, namely, Brunei, Vietnam, Australia, Germany, Czech Republic, United States and Singapore. One of the justifications come from the Department of Trade and Industry . Last month, the DTI reported $19-billion worth of investment pledges from the presidential trips have materialized.
