PONTIAN: There was a diverse crowd in attendance at Pontian Umno’s Hari Raya Aidilfitri open house organised together with the Johor Umno liaison in Benut.
"Many guests of various races came to celebrate this event in a happy atmosphere while enjoying the various dishes served, including the exco members and state assemblymen as well as the leadership of Johor Barisan Nasional," said MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong, who also attended the event.
Deputy Prime Minister and Barisan chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi was also present as well as Higher Education Minister and Johor Barisan chairman Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin as well as Johor Chief Minister Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi.
