CITY OF MALOLOS — The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bulacan wants to hold PrimeWater accountable for its poor services, stand firm against online gambling and prioritize the rehabilitation of Marilao Interchange Bridge and Bustos Dam — all in the name of ensuring Bulacan’s safety, welfare and progress.
These were the top priorities Vice Gov. Alex Castro mentioned in his speech before the members of the 12th Sangguniang Panlalawigan which held its inaugural session on Friday at the Senator Benigno S. Aquino Jr. Session Hall inside the Provincial Capitol Building here. Castro , who presided the session, also called for unity, transparency, and proactive legislation to seamlessly complement the overarching vision of the Provincial Government of Bulacan.
“At the end of my term, my aspiration is simple but powerful: to see every Bulacan resident standing firmly on his or her own feet, with a decent job, food on the table, safe, happy, and living a life of dignity,” said Fernando.
