“Sumulat kami, ang FDA, sa Department of Health to ask kung ano ang kanilang opinyon dito at kung gagamitin ba nila, kung kakailanganin ba dito sa Pilipinas ang mga self-administered test kit ,” said Domingo on Wednesday Oct. 6.
