MANILA, Philippines — Trisha Tubu churned out 28 points to lead Farm Fresh to its second consecutive win at the expense of ZUS Coffee, 26-24, 13-25, 25-21, 25-19, in the Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino Conference at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Thursday, Dec. 5.Tubu was just four points shy of matching her career-high in a loss against Choco Mucho in the last All-Filipino Conference.
'Actually, everyday I am looking for more progress, and thankfully I was able to contribute today, and I am just grateful,' she said during the post-game presser.After a lackluster second set, the Foxies came back alive in the third and fourth frames to beat the Thunderbelles.In the fourth set, Farm Fresh even led as much by seven points, 23-16.Alyssa Bertolano chipped in 12 points, 12 excellent receptions and 12 excellent digs for Farm Fresh. Rizza Cruz scored eight points.
