'Fallen hero': 1 sa 4 sundalong napatay ng mga pulis sa Jolo inilibing na sa Kalinga

Courtesy of Tabuk LifeNaihatid na sa kaniyang huling hantungan si Maj. Marvin Indammog nitong Miyerkoles, isa sa 4 sundalong napatay ng pulis sa isang checkpoint sa Jolo, Sulu noong nakaraang linggo.

Ang mga labi ni Indammog, na mula sa Mandala Class of 2006 ng Philippine Military Academy at dating nagsilbi sa Scout Rangers ng Philippine Army, ay unang dinala sa St. William’s Cathedral.

Sa puntod, binigyan ng huling saludo ng mga kapwa sundalo si Indammog, at isang helicopter naman ang nagbuhos ng confetti mula sa himpapawid. Ayon naman kay Kalinga Gov. Ferdinand Tubban, handa siyang magpaabot ng tulong sa naulilang pamilya. Ayon sa pulisya, tinangkang tumakas ng grupo nang pigilan sa checkpoint at bumunot umano ng baril nang makaharap nila. Dito na umano nagpaputok ang mga pulis.
