The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in its early morning bulletin that the easterlies is affecting large parts of Visayas and Mindanao while the ridge of high pressure area is affecting Metro Manila and Luzon.
“Patuloy ang mainit at maalinsangang panahon sa malaking bahagi ng ating bansa dulot ng easterlies na siyang nakaka apekto po dito sa malaking bahagi ng Visayas and Mindanao. Asahan pa rin ang mainit na panahon, lalo na sa tanghali na sasamahan ng localized thunderstorms,” said Pagasa weather specialist Benison Estareja in a public forecast.
