Bandar Kuching MP’s views taken out of context, says BAM
Bandar Kuching lawmaker Dr Kelvin Yii is reported by DayakDaily to have warned children and parents to think twice before pursuing badminton training with BAM, a statement which the MP says has been taken out of context. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, March 28, 2023.
The national badminton governing body, in a statement, said Yii had contacted BAM president Mohamad Norza Zakaria to seek an explanation about BAM’s training programme. “Following their discussion today Tan Sri Norza and Dr Kelvin consider the matter resolved,” according to BAM’s statement posted on social media last night.
