There is a need for local entrepreneurs in Sabah to aim higher and work towards expanding their market beyond Sabah’s borders, especially to West Malaysia.
To do this, State Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Phoong Jin Zhe said entrepreneurs must tap into e-commerce and adopt new methods of conducting businesses, which will also enable them to be competitive both regionally and globally. “The world is changing and the methods of doing business are also changing. We do not just conduct businesses physically, but also use online platforms to market products. We must tap into this.
