With the new variants of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in circulation, an expert reminded the public to exercise caution during Christmas gatherings.
In an interview with TeleRadyo, Dr. Nina Gloriani, vaccine expert panel chairperson at the Department of Science and Technology, said Holiday parties should be done with compliance with COVID-19 restrictions to prevent the possible spread of the virus amid the Omicron variant.
Sabi nga nila, we have to learn to live with the virus pero nandoon ang pag-iingat ,” Gloriani said. Pero malinaw ang mangyayari, 100 percent ng dadalo, bakunado, completely vaccinated (There’s a trade off in what we do. There should be precautions. Parties are possible, for me.
