MANILA, Philippines — Ibinunyag ng Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. na isang dating Cabinet official ang umano’y nagsisilbing protektor at nagtangkang mamagitan sa mga illegal na Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators na ni-raid kamakailan ng mga awtoridad.
Kailangan na lumabas ang katotohanan kung paano nabigyan ng lisensiya o permit ang nasa 298 POGO dahil nasa 43 lamang ang may lisensiya. Isang 56-anyos na tatay ang nasawi nang barilin ng hindi pa kilalang suspek habang nag-aalmusal kasama ang anak sa isang kantina na katabi ng sabungan sa Brgy. Patutong Malako North Tagaytay City, kamakalawa.
