The European Union (EU) donated Thursday a bus worth P5.6 million to the Quezon City Jail.
It also distributed some P400,000 worth of personal protective equipment to the Philippine National Police and various media organizations.
Director Allan S. Iral, chief of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, thanked the EU for supporting the country’s justice reform initiatives.
