Fan-favorite Eman Bacosa admitted he still has a long way to go following his victory over Jay Clyde Langahin in a special attraction of Blow by Blow last Sunday at Okada Manila in Paranaque.
Bacosa, 20, displayed his killer instinct and fan-friendly approach to his fights as he went on the attack from start to finish en route to a third-round technical knockout. Shortly after the win, the young prizefighter revealed he got hurt in training."I hurt both hands in training and I did not get to spar for several days," Bacosa told a group of reporters."All I think about is the fight, myself, how to achieve my dreams and win.
I do not about fame or whatever. All I think about is winning. I am focused on my goal."According to Bacosa, his goal is to become a world champion someday. That day, however, may have to wait as he believes there are a number of things he has to improve moving forward."More on head movement, footwork, study my distance, and timing," he quipped."I know to myself that I am not the best in the world of boxing. Just like any other boxer, I am working hard to improve myself.
