Ingredients:5 bunches of kamote leaves4 to 5 medium sized tomatoes, sliced3 medium sized red onions, sliced4 to 5 salted eggs, slicedOptional: cucumber, slicedYour favorite spiced vinegar Salt and pepper to tasteProcedure:1. Wash and clean the kamote leaves. In a bowl cover the leaves with water and add baking soda. Leave for a couple of minutes. Drain and set aside.2. Prepare rest of the ingredients.3. Boil water in a pot and once boiling, blanch the leaves for 3 to 5 minutes.4.
