EastWest Banking Corp. plans to introduce personalized credit card products and innovative features tailored for different market segments, including mass, affluent, and high-end customers, to sustain its double-digit credit card growth this year. The bank aims to enhance its digital platform and product offerings, making credit card applications more accessible and streamlining financial solutions.

“We value our customers so we aim to provide a robust and seamless experience to meet their evolving needs,” EastWest Senior Vice President Aylwin Herminia P. Tamayo was quoted in the statement as saying. For this year, the bank aims to streamline its credit card applications through its digital platform and mobile applications to allow customers to apply for credit cards anytime and anywhere.
Their clients can enjoy up to P5,000 cash rebate for flights booked via the Singapore Airlines app or website using the EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer World Mastercard, KrisFlyer Platinum Mastercard, or EastWest Platinum Mastercard. “These initiatives reaffirm our dedication to delivering accessible and personalized financial solutions,” Tamayo said.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange , EastWest saw its net income increase by 20 percent to P5.8 billion in January to September 2024.
