The easterlies continue to affect the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao, the state weather bureau PAGASA said Thursday.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
PAGASA warned the public against possible flash floods or landslides in these areas during severe thunderstorms. Forecast winds in the country will be light to moderate and will be accompanied by slight to moderate coastal water conditions.Sunrise will be at 5:39 a.m. on Friday.
