DZMM temporarily suspends operations as employees undergo 14-day self-quarantine

DZMM Radyo Patrol 630, the flagship station of Radyo Patrol Network owned by broadcasting giant ABS-CBN, has temporarily suspended their programs starting Wednesday night (April 1).

In a statement they released on their Facebook account, DZMM said their employees will undergo a 14-day quarantine after their exposure to two persons under investigation for COVID-19.

Because of this, the management decided to suspend all of their DZMM programs starting Wednesday at exactly 10 p.m., to be replaced by ABS-CBN News Channel shows. The programs will continuously simulcast until DZMM returns to full operation. Proper sanitation and disinfecting procedures are now being done in their office to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

DZMM also assured their audience and listeners that they will still receive the latest news and information through the ANC programs and DZMM’s social media platforms.
