President Rodrigo Duterte will lift the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon once antibodies against the new coronavirus will become available in the market, he said in a late-night briefing Monday.
The President said a giant pharmaceutical company has developed these antibodies and will roll out this medicine soon. Duterte added that he will urge people to wear masks, and wash their hands with soap and water if ever people cannot afford to buy the said antibodies. [Translation: We can do this together. We just need more time, I know you all want to go out already.]
